Service Description

TableHost provides an AI-powered concierge service designed to qualify event inquiries, score customer intent, and route leads to hospitality businesses. We offer subscription-based plans with varying features and capabilities.

Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly based on the selected plan
• A one-time setup fee applies to new accounts
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
