30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our service. If you're not satisfied with TableHost within the first 30 days of your subscription, we'll provide a full refund of your monthly subscription fee and setup fee, no questions asked.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of your initial subscription date
  • Refund request must be submitted in writing to tyler@tablehost.io
  • This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only

What's Refunded

Included in 30-Day Guarantee:

  • First month's subscription fee
  • One-time setup fee

Not Refundable After 30 Days:

  • Monthly subscription fees after the first 30 days
  • Setup fees after service has been configured and delivered
  • Additional services or add-ons purchased separately

Cancellation Without Refund

You may cancel your subscription at any time after the 30-day guarantee period. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the remainder of that billing period.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email tyler@tablehost.io with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund (optional)
  3. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unusual situations may arise. If you experience technical issues, service disruptions, or other problems beyond the 30-day window, please contact us. We'll work with you to find a fair resolution.
